Services

Every business is different, so I start by learning yours. Then we pick the kind of help that fits: a one-time audit, ongoing leadership, or a project with a clear finish line.

What I can help with

Marketing systems and sales funnels

The behind-the-scenes setup that captures leads and turns them into customers: sign-up forms, landing pages, sales pipelines, automated follow-up, and organized, segmented contact lists.

Tools: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp

Website redesigns and management

For online stores and B2B sites: site structure, navigation, product and page layouts, and content, plus testing to turn more visitors into customers and ongoing updates.

Tools: Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace

Email and text-message marketing

A plan for keeping customers engaged from their first purchase on, plus the automations, audience segments and email designs to carry it out.

Tools: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp

Paid advertising strategy

Strategy, budgets, audiences, ad testing and performance reporting. I usually work with a media buyer who runs the ads day to day. If you don't have one, I can refer you to people I trust.

Platforms: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube

Affiliate, referral and influencer programs

Strategy, choosing and setting up the right platform, recruiting creators and managing the program.

Tools: ShopMy, Awin (ShareASale), Talkable, Smile.io

Go-to-market campaign planning

Campaign strategy, briefs, calendars and creative direction across ads, email, social and your website.

Content strategy for search and social

What to publish and where, so the right people find you and have a reason to buy.

Reporting and analytics

Choosing the numbers that matter, building dashboards, finding what's holding performance back, and running tests to improve it.

Tools: Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Polar Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager

Marketing Performance Audit

For businesses that know something's off but aren't sure where to start.

Fixed fee · about 3 weeks

What you get:

  • A review of your numbers, website, email and ads, to find where you're losing customers and money, and why
  • Every possible fix, ranked by how much revenue it's likely to bring in against the effort it takes
  • A 90-day plan for the fixes that matter most
  • A recommendation on who should do the work: your current team, a new hire, an agency, or me

How it works: Over about three weeks, I dig into your business with access to your analytics, ad accounts, email platform and website. Then we meet for a 90-minute working session where I walk you through what I found and we agree on next steps. You get a plan you can act on, not a report that sits in your inbox.

Fractional Marketing Leadership

For businesses that need a senior marketer but aren't ready for a full-time hire.

Monthly · scope and price set by what you need delivered

I lead your marketing on an ongoing basis, part-time, as part of your team. If you don't have a marketer, I build the plan and run it. If you have a junior marketer, I set the direction and help them grow.

A typical month includes:

  • A prioritized plan we agree on together
  • Hands-on work on the highest-impact fixes
  • Direction for your team, contractors or agencies
  • Regular check-ins, plus a monthly report on what's working and what's next

How it works: We agree on what gets delivered each month, and the price is set by that scope, not by the hour. As your business changes, we adjust.

Project-Based Work

For businesses, agencies and marketing teams with a specific problem to solve.

Scoped and priced per project

A defined project with a clear finish line. For example:

  • Setting up email and text automations that win back shoppers and bring customers back
  • Improving your website so more visitors buy
  • Planning a product or brand launch
  • Building a sales or wholesale funnel in GoHighLevel
  • Launching an affiliate program
  • Building a reporting dashboard tied to revenue

For agencies and marketing teams: I can step in as a senior marketer on your accounts when you need extra hands or expertise you don't have in-house.

FAQ

What does "fractional" mean?

You get a senior marketing leader part-time, for a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire. I work as part of your team, just not 40 hours a week.

Do I have to start with the audit?

No. The audit is a good starting point if you're just beginning to explore what bringing on fractional marketing leadership would look like. Or if you have a marketing team onboard that just needs a solid, one-time strategic roadmap.

Do you only work with ecommerce brands?

No. I've worked with product brands, B2B software companies and a national university. The details differ, but the problems are usually the same: marketing that's hard to measure, customers who don't come back, and more ideas than budget.

What do you need from me?

Access to your analytics, website platform, ad accounts, email platform and anywhere else you have a digital footprint, a point person on your team, and time to make decisions on priorities. If you're in a regulated industry, I'll also need your compliance guidelines.

Where are you located?

The Phoenix area. I work with clients anywhere, remotely.

Not sure which fits?

That's what the intro call is for. Tell me what's going on, and I'll tell you where I'd start.
